Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall health and security posture of complex voice and video architectures.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop organization-wide IT strategies.
• Lead and coordinate the creation and evolution of the enterprise architecture function or program.
• Support all phases of design, implementation, proactive monitoring, and troubleshooting of networks and related technologies.
• Analyze call flows and collaborate with other teams (network, security, etc.) to optimize the Unified Communications (UC) environment, including networks, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud solutions.
• Develop system specifications, architecture designs, integration and test plans, and other required documentation.
• Create security assessments, mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with DoD Information Assurance requirements.
• Design and manage UC infrastructure covering endpoints, servers, gateways, border controllers, conferencing solutions, and transcoders.
• Assist in scaling network automation and managing complex deployments through automation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to commute to JBAB, Monday through Friday.
• Certification: CCIE Voice or Unified Communications
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical and architectural aspects of enterprise-wide IT systems.
