- Play an important role in advancing our hybrid-cloud network infrastructure through various projects.
- Design, deploy, and support hybrid-cloud multi-site enterprise connectivity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for networking related devices and services.
- Perform maintenance, lifecycle, and daily administration of networking systems and services.
- Implement industry and security best practices when deploying solutions.
- Actively monitor systems and services, providing an incident escalation response.
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Contribute regularly to technical and process documentation.
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge of relevant technologies.
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced IT colleagues.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of overall related experience with a worldwide distributed enterprise networking environment (1000+ users). Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Extensive experience with networking technologies (e.g., VPN, WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, LAN, VLAN, WLAN)
- Advanced knowledge of firewall technologies and secure network infrastructure solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of network routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
- Hands-on IT project management experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and configuring Azure Virtual Networks, ExpressRoutes, VPN Gateways, etc.
- Experience with implementing industry best practices for networking technologies.
- Experience in the design, deployment, and support of a global distributed enterprise network environment Proficient with network diagnostic and monitoring tools (WireShark, Solarwinds Orion, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Good initiative, time management and organizational skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to document technical configurations and processes.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of diverse, international team.
- Business fluent in English
- Experience working with ITSM platforms (TopDesk, ServiceNow, Jira etc.)
- Experience with VoIP technologies (MS Teams Voice, Cisco Unified Communications, etc.)
- Experience with IaC, Scripting, DevOPS, and automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Git, etc.)
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
The pay range for this position in New York is $125,000 to $140,000 annually. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
