Senior Network Engineer

Senior Network Engineer DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer with expertise in enterprise networking solutions. This individual will lead medium to large networking engagements while mentoring engineers and serving as a senior technical resource. Responsibilities Design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise network solutions. Lead medium to large customer engagements. Perform network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and remediation activities. Create implementation plans and technical documentation. Troubleshoot complex wired, wireless, routing, and switching issues. Demonstrate Expertise Juniper switching, routing, and security HPE Aruba CX switching and Aruba wireless Cisco Catalyst switching and enterprise routing Wireless networking Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) Network segmentation and VLAN design Network Access Control (ClearPass, Cisco ISE preferred) SD-WAN concepts Firewall integration High availability and resiliency Network monitoring and troubleshooting PowerShell, Python, or network automation preferred Technical Leadership Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership. Contribute to technical standards and best practices. Stay current on networking and security technologies. Requirements 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years focused on enterprise networking. Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies. Experience with switching, routing, wireless, and troubleshooting. Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing. Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills. PowerShell, Python, or automation experience preferred. Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
