Our client is currently implementing Office 365 and migrating from on-prem Exchange 2010/2016. They have hired a 3rd party consultancy for the planning and execution of the project, however, it is not going as smoothly as planned. They need a SME who can help them resolve issues causing failed migrations, and present ideas on best practices to complete the migration and get more out of the tools in the long run. Additionally, they want to build out in-house knowledge on the platform for when the vendor is phased out.

They are looking for their Office 365 Technical SME to help with design/architecture (and to review/validate the vendor's solution), as well as provide hands-on engineering expertise for the implementation.

In addition to having expert knowledge in O365, they should understand AD integration, ADFS, MFA, and general security as it relates to O365.
