Senior Optimization Manager

JOB TITLE:

Senior Optimization Manager

JOB TYPE:

Full-time

JOB LOCATION:

Dallas Mississippi United States

Yes

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reports to: Senior Growth Manager, Analytics & Optimization

Location: Remote US and Canada Only

Compensation Range: $140,000 to $160,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Founded in 2015 as a fully remote company by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress was built on a simple premise: to force hackers to earn every inch of their access.

Todays cyber-attacks arent limited to large organizations with the security tools that can ward off threats. Hackers don't discriminate and will find a way to penetrate any vulnerability in any size business, which is why Huntress focuses on protecting those small to midsize businesses that make up the backbone of our economy.

Huntress stops hidden threats that sneak past preventive security tools by utilizing our award-winning security platform and expert human threat hunters through dynamic products including Managed EDR, MDR for Microsoft 365, and Managed Security Awareness Training.

Join the hunt and help us stop hackers in their tracks!

What Youll Do:

Huntress is looking for our first Senior Optimization Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. Your expertise will contribute to downstream analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making and a continuous improvement motion across the organization.

In this role, you will spearhead the development, management, and execution of our testing and optimization program. You'll also play a crucial role in leveraging data management and integration strategies across various marketing automation properties, partner platforms, the Huntress.com website, and data pipelines feeding into our data lake.

Testing and Optimization of Huntress.com property:

  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize a testing backlog and hypotheses to support company initiatives and increase demand conversion

  • Host collaborative ideation and brainstorming sessions

  • Creation of testing briefs, ensuring we are measuring our experiment appropriately and achieving intended results

  • Collaborate with technical teams in drawing up test implementation requirements

  • Document and analyze testing results utilizing statistical best practices

  • Share and amplify the results of individual tests as well as the holistic performance of the optimization program

Marketing Data Management and Integration:

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of a strategic operational framework for tracking and managing marketing campaign tactics

  • Conduct thorough audits of existing marketing platforms to ensure seamless integration with downstream processes

  • Evaluate and address deficiencies within marketing data pipelines, exploring and implementing solutions as needed

  • Conduct audits and manage website events, including the establishment of event taxonomy for streamlined management

  • Partner with marketing operations to establish and refine protocols for data importation and the creation of new entities

  • Spearhead audience and segmentation management initiatives to optimize targeting and engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, digital event/event management, or related roles, experience in cybersecurity/SaaS a plus but not required

  • Proven experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests within digital environments

  • Proficiency with A/B testing tools and personalization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Mutiny)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw statistical insights, and make data-driven recommendations

  • Ability to communicate requirements and results across both technical and non-technical requirements

  • Understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and strategies to contribute effectively to the development of operational frameworks for campaign tracking.

  • Ability to audit and analyze marketing platforms and data pipelines, identify issues, and propose solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and ensure the timely execution of initiatives

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015

  • Generous paid time off policy including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave

  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans

  • 401(k) with 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution

  • Life and Disability insurance plans

  • Stock options for all full-time employees

  • One-time $500 reimbursement to build/upgrade home office

  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance

  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement

  • Access to both Udemy and BetterUp platforms for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit small businesses.
