Title: Senior OT Cyber Engineer
Location: Painted Post, NY
Duration: 10 Months
Description:
- The OT Cyber Security team is looking for individuals with a strong technical background and 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing facilities to lead deployments of complex cyber security technical solutions.
Job Description:
- Perform global deployments of technology platforms to further reduce the risk of cyber attacks
- Partner with controls/engineering teams at the plants and divisions to ensure successful project outcomes
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver guidance and direction related to the OT Cyber strategy
- Participate in identifying and selecting technology platforms that will achieve OT cyber strategic goals
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25% domestic/international
Required Experience:
- 10+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing plants
- A strong understanding of ICS technologies
- Experience in a large site expansions or plant builds
- Experience with the implementation and/or support of firewalls in manufacturing plants and OT asset inventory platforms
- Understanding and appreciation of plant safety and IAP requirements
Desired Experience:
- Expertise with ICS systems PLCs, Historians, MES, Databases for ICS systems, Measurement Systems
- Understanding of common ICS Client integration approaches (File Drops, MSMQ message queuing technologies, OPC Classic and OPC UA, SQL & Oracle Database replication approaches and Application APIs)
- Understanding and appreciation of plant safety and IAP requirements

- Excellent communication skills to articulate the risks associated with technology and policy decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated problem solver who strives to meet the objectives of the function and the project
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment
- Strong leader who takes initiative and ownership of complex objectives to guide them through completion
- A quick learner and ability to adapt to the changing security landscape
