Looking to add a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead packaging development across new and existing products.What you’ll be doing:Own packaging specs, materials, and equipment considerations from concept through commercializationLead trials, testing, and validation to ensure performance, safety, shelf life, and qualityDrive cost optimization and sustainability initiativesPartner with suppliers, co-packers, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement solutionsSupport scale-up and smooth production launchesWhat you bring:BS in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, or related field6–10 years of packaging experience in food manufacturing (required)Strong knowledge of packaging materials, testing, equipment, and regulatory requirementsExperience working directly with packaging suppliersAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentKorean language skills a plus Message me if you’d like to learn more
