Position Summary
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager serves as the marketing point of contact and liaison for the school teams and marketing department to help drive strategies that increase awareness, drive lead volume, nurture prospective families and retain them for Pearson Virtual Schools. This position is leveraged as the expert in school- and state-specific nuances including goals, enrolment barriers and mandatories, marketing mandatories, and grade caps.
Core Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive all school enrollment goals for marketing department and achieve channel alignment via school- and state-specific marketing strategies
- Continually review, analyze, and optimize marketing channel performance by state for all schools and provide partners with regular performance feedback and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategy/execution plan alignment for all schools, communicating necessary context, school specific nuances, and insight to drive school-specific marketing efforts, and nurture growth opportunities. Serve as the marketing point of contact for all Connections Academy school customers and hold regular marketing meetings with schools, as needed
- Manage requests and feedback from individual schools and other stakeholders and effectively engage appropriate marketing subject matter experts as needed
- Serve as the marketing department lead and main point of contact on new school launch and other key initiatives, leading go-to-market strategy meetings, overseeing project management, and cross-functional team participation Review and gather input on marketing language in school Statements of Agreement
- Coordinate presentation materials and attend board meetings, in identified cases
- Attend school account meetings, as needed, to address key marketing initiatives
- Manage Partner Marketing Analyst as the team works with school marketing reps to help ensure consistency across schools, increase accountability, and measure effectiveness and success
Requirements
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years work experience in marketing
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
- Strong experience across a variety of marketing tactics and in managing marketing strategy from concept to execution
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of stakeholders and build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by many factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $95,000 - $105,000.
