About the Opportunity:
FedTec is seeking Senior Pega Business Architect to manage the collaboration between Business, Technical, and System stakeholders. You will have experience in Pega DCO, leading elaboration sessions, and provide expert advice not only on the business requirements but also how to best express requirements and design based on Pega platform capabilities.
Position: Senior Pega Business Architect
Work Location: New Carrollton, MD (Remote)
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with the Lead System Architects, Sr. System Architects, and other Business Architects to assist in developing requirements, solution concepts and prototypes
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing)
- Be an expert at the use of Pega DCO & Pega Express
- Organize and Orchestrate DCO / Elaboration Sessions
- Demonstrate commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring the delivered product is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations
- Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega functionality
- Provide technical training and user support to business groups
- Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering/elaboration, design and prototyping of enterprise application systems
- 5+ years of experience in utilizing Pega Express delivery approach, applying design thinking, and working knowledge of Pega platform capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in developing agile artifacts epics/features/user stories/acceptance criteria
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum and/or SAFe based software delivery
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related filed
- Pega Business Architect certification is required
