SENIOR PERSONNEL SPECIALIST Apply

After an initial in-office training period of two (2) months, this position may allow for telework opportunities as remote centered.
Per CalHR, the Senior Personnel Specialist position is eligible for an annual payment up to $4,800, payable upon meeting the designated criteria as stated in Pay Differential 240.

Working Conditions
- This position is eligible for a hybrid telework option, in accordance with CAL FIREs telework policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
- In addition, this classification is eligible for an annual recruitment and retention bonus of $2400 after completion of 12 months in the classification, $3,000 after completion of 24 months in the classification, $3,600 after completion of 36 months in the classification, and $4,800 after completion of 48 months in the classification.
