The Senior Plant Cost Analyst plays a critical operational and strategic role supporting the Scottsboro, Alabama manufacturing facility and serves as a key member of the plant’s operations leadership team. This position partners closely with plant leadership, operations, and finance to provide financial transparency, strengthen cost discipline, and enable data-driven decision making that improves plant performance. This role will lead initiatives focused on improving cost structure, operational efficiency, and profitability across the facility. The Senior Plant Cost Analyst will establish consistent cost accounting processes, analyze operational performance, evaluate capital investments, and identify cost-out opportunities that support continuous improvement across the manufacturing platform. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is comfortable working both in the office and directly with plant leadership on the production floor. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience Experience supporting manufacturing or plant operations environments Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial close cycles Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities Strong Excel and data analysis skills Proven ability to influence operational partners and support decision making Strong interpersonal and communication skills Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to work effectively with multiple levels of an organization Comfortable working in both office and plant-floor environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
