Job Title: POS QA Lead

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Description:

  • Retail - Functional Own end-to-end functional test strategy for BAU releases, enhancements, and capital projects Define release-level functional scope, risk assessment, and prioritization Ensure coverage across eComm, App, OMS, POS (Onshore & Offshore), Integrations, and Retail Systems Govern SIT, E2E, and Regression testing cycles Provide effort estimation and capacity planning for functional streams Track quality metrics (defect leakage, regression effectiveness, defect trends) Drive go-live readiness and formal functional sign-offs Manage escalations and mitigate functional delivery risks Ensure structured stakeholder communication across Business and IT.


  • Automation Define automation coverage strategy aligned to business critical flows Oversee migration of automation scripts to target framework Govern automation regression cycles and ensure stability of automation suites Track automation metrics (coverage %, pass/fail trends, script stability, execution time) Ensure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines Drive alignment between manual and automation teams to prevent coverage gaps Oversee automation runbooks, documentation, and knowledge governance.


  • Performance Define performance testing strategy for releases and capital projects Govern execution of load, stress, endurance, and API performance testing Approve performance test scenarios and benchmarking thresholds Track performance KPIs (response time, throughput, error rates, system stability) Ensure identification and communication of bottlenecks with remediation tracking Drive performance go-live readiness and capacity validation sign-off Ensure performance testing aligns with architectural changes and peak business scenarios.


The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, trainic licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
