Senior Principal Product Manager – Autonomous Cloud Platform Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) delivers mission‑critical, hyper‑scale, multi‑tenant services to top‑tier enterprises worldwide. In the Technical Strategy and Oversight (TSO) organization we are re‑imagining the cloud to create a platform for autonomous infrastructure that spans public, hybrid, edge, and multi‑cloud environments. Responsibilities Lead the creation of the autonomous cloud platform’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Oracle’s mission. Engage with internal and external customers, developers, and partners to shape product direction and prioritize features. Champion a data‑driven, customer‑first approach that balances ambitious innovation with operational excellence. Serve as an evangelist for OCI’s autonomous cloud vision internally and externally. Drive adoption strategy by identifying key customer segments and crafting compelling value propositions. Build the business case for the platform, defining metrics and KPIs to measure success. Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development to deliver solutions that meet real‑world challenges. Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to manage releases, integration, and deployment. Maintain a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions and fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. Serve as a product ambassador, sharing vision and strategy through presentations, conferences, and media. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience for highly technical enterprise software, cloud, or platform products. Proven track record of building, leading, and mentoring teams through the full product lifecycle. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, runtime environments, and developer ecosystems. Exceptional ability to define, articulate, and execute innovations that drive market shifts. Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills with a relentless focus on customer value. Entrepreneurial drive, bold thinking, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change. Familiarity with cloud technology, logic, and computer science fundamentals. Experience launching and operating customer‑facing cloud services. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 10+ years of hands‑on product management for customer‑facing products. Experience training sales and field engineers on service/platform features. Preferred Qualifications 15+ years of product management or related experience. BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. Thorough understanding of public cloud services (Compute, Storage, Identity, Networking). Demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS/PaaS/SaaS offerings. Benefits Competitive salary ($115,400 – $251,600) with potential bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
