Senior Process Analyst Apply
Job Description
At Mission Critical Group (MCG), we don’t just manufacture electrical systems—we deliver power reliability where it matters most. From data centers to critical infrastructure, our solutions keep the world running. With more than one million square feet of U.S. manufacturing capacity, we move fast, build smart, and never compromise on quality.
Job DescriptionTurn complex operations into clear, scalable processes that actually work. Your work will directly impact how teams operate, how systems are adopted, and how effectively the organization scales. You’re not just documenting processes—you’re enabling execution.
If you’re the kind of person who can walk into a messy, cross-functional workflow and say, “Okay… let’s map this out,” this role was built for you.
As a Senior Process Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of operations, systems, and reality. Your job? Capture how work is truly getting done across manufacturing and customer success functions—and translate it into clear, actionable processes that teams can execute, scale, and improve.
You’ll partner closely with Business Process Owners, project teams, and functional leaders to document end-to-end workflows, support enterprise system implementations, and help ensure process changes actually stick.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves structure, collaboration, and making complexity manageable.
What You’ll Do:
Process Analysis & Documentation
- Elicit and document current-state and future-state processes across Quality, Safety, Operations, Project Management, and support functions
- Create process flows, swim lane diagrams, decision trees, and requirements that reflect real-world execution
- Break down complex, multi-facility workflows into clear, implementable components
- Maintain process documentation repositories with strong version control and accessibility
Implementation & Enablement Support
- Translate business processes into functional requirements and use cases for systems like ERP, Wrike, Vault, CRM, and more
- Support UAT preparation, scenario validation, and feedback consolidation
- Partner with enablement teams to align process documentation with training, SOPs, and job aids
- Help teams understand roles, handoffs, and workflows during system and process transitions
Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and inconsistencies—and elevate improvement opportunities
- Support analysis of cycle time, rework, handoffs, and overall process performance
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to confirm changes are working as intended
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a neutral facilitator during discovery sessions and workshops
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, Safety, IT, Project Management, and enterprise teams
- Ensure documented processes align with what actually happens on the production floor
Please note this hybrid role can work from any of these locations: Harleysville, PA; Brookston, IN; Bethesda, MD; Belle Chasse, LA; Bay St. Louis, MS. It will require roughly 30% travel.
