Amazon's Middle Mile Fleet Team is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Sr. Product Manager. In this role, you will own the cost strategy for Amazon's Middle Mile fleet management, developing products and programs to drive cost performance across the network. This includes identifying solutions to detect cost anomalies, surface cost optimization opportunities, and improve planning accuracy. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams, managing stakeholders and customers, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and delivering strong results. This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal guidance. They must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards. This person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to varied audiences. They will have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to roll up their sleeves and do whatever is necessary in a start-up like environment. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
