This is a full time position.

We're currently building out a product team that will work on our entire platform and make sure we create the best industrial remote access product on the market. We care deeply about creating useful and delightful experiences. It matters how our products function and it matters how they look.

We work in the intersection of Business and Engineering and we are a small team, full of generalists, in which every person participates in solving problems, prototyping ideas, and improving our product. We want you to be a person that can see a problem, solve it, and own shipping that project end to end.

In this early stage of continuing to build our product team, we are looking for managers with several years of product management experience. As a Senior Product Manager at Dispel, you will lead the charge in developing cutting-edge products and experiences that are pivotal to our company's strategy. This role will have a direct impact on the daily operations of our customers, ranging from smaller companies to large enterprises, utilizing Dispel's remote access solutions.

Location

We are a 100% fully remote company (U.S. only). You are welcome to use our office in Brooklyn, New York City.

Salary
$124k-145k. Salary is dependent on the location you reside in.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications‌

  • You have 7+ years of product management experience.
  • You can provide a track record of leading the development of high-quality products with significant technical components impacting company outcomes.
  • You have experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
  • You can collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing and sales.
    • You can collaborate with the design team to ensure our product anticipates the needs of our target customers, and further craft a cohesive user story that aligns our product functionality and how it is explained to the user.
    • You can create product specifications that consider long term business goals and immediate term customer needs, and following that, work in lock step with the engineering team to build an exceptional product according to this spec.
    • You can guide the marketing team through the technical nuances, in order for them to develop an effective messaging. Determine a consistent mode of messaging across different audiences within our platform.
    • You can define future markets and outline profitable product trajectories with the sales team.
  • You can assist the customer support team in documenting necessary instructions, manage issues and bugs, and triage customer requests.
  • You are able to present the product to leadership and align their feedback with the needs with our user community.
  • You want to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dispel's core remote access products.
  • You can guide prioritization efforts, making informed tradeoffs to align with customer and company goals.
  • You want to drive continuous improvements and fixes that enhance the way users interact with Dispel's remote access solutions.
  • You want to engage with our user community and incorporate feedback into feature pipelines.

Extra Credit

  • You have a background in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
  • You have previous experience in a startup or scale-up product function with a focus on high-impact, collaborative organizations.
