Your role at Vantive We are looking for a strong global product management professional to support the growth of Acute Organ Support Therapies. Reporting to the Associate Director of Immune Dysregulation and Acute Liver Failure, this Senior Product Manager will lead global downstream strategy and execution for the on‑market Oxiris portfolio, with a clear focus on accelerating adoption, optimizing commercial execution, and driving growth. This individual will also support broader organ support therapy priorities across the Global Acute Organ Support Therapies team, partnering cross‑functionally to advance key initiatives, strengthen execution, and enable portfolio growth. What you’ll be doing Lead global downstream product management for the on‑market Oxiris portfolio, with accountability for growth strategy execution, adoption, lifecycle management, and sustainable revenue expansion. Partner closely with the Associate Director of Immune Dysregulation and Acute Liver Failure to translate portfolio priorities into executable global product plans, programs, and commercial initiatives. Develop and execute global product marketing initiatives for Oxiris across positioning, messaging, campaigns, sales enablement, customer education, and expansion opportunities. Own annual product planning, core collateral, training content, and promotional materials for Oxiris, ensuring alignment to global strategy and regional market needs. Lead cross‑functional coordination with medical, clinical, regulatory, market access, commercial, and regional stakeholders to deliver high‑impact programs on time and with quality. Drive market research, competitive intelligence, customer insight generation, and performance tracking to identify opportunities, inform recommendations, and optimize growth plans. Drive strong project management discipline across key initiatives by partnering with Organ Support Therapies team members and using to manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and accountability. Build foundational tools, dashboards, and processes that improve execution visibility, team coordination, and follow‑through across the portfolio. Partner effectively across the Organ Support Therapies organization to support broader portfolio priorities and shared project management needs beyond Oxiris when needed. Support broader Acute Organ Support Therapies operational excellence initiatives by helping standardize workflows, improve execution processes, and enhance coordination across high‑priority team deliverables. Help manage cross‑portfolio projects by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear communication across the Acute Organ Support Therapies team. Contribute to team planning and prioritization by maintaining project visibility in , supporting status reporting, and helping ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and ownership across multiple workstreams. Support effective team operations through strong meeting preparation, documentation, follow‑up, and coordination of next steps to improve accountability and execution across the broader Acute Organ Support Therapies organization. What you’ll bring Minimum of 5+ years of marketing, product management, or downstream commercial experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or critical care‑related markets. BS/BA degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Strong product marketing foundation with experience developing messaging, promotional programs, sales tools, customer‑facing content, and portfolio support materials. Demonstrated ability to execute with excellence in complex, cross‑functional, and global environments, with strong follow‑through and attention to detail. Experience supporting on‑market products with responsibility for growth initiatives, lifecycle management, and commercial execution. Strong project management capabilities, including experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, and using tools such as to drive visibility and accountability. Ability to synthesize market insights, customer feedback, and business performance data into clear recommendations and actionable plans. Preferred experience in ICU, sepsis, blood purification, renal, or other acute/organ support therapies. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $180,000 annually. Individual pay is subject to location, skills, experience and other relevant factors.
