The Role

We are looking to hire an empathic and data-driven product manager to join our team and help us revolutionize the adult entertainment industry. In this role, you will manage multiple lines of business, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering impactful results across diverse areas. You will also drive product innovation and growth by turning creative ideas into tangible features that delight our users and positively impact our core business metrics. Additionally, you will provide strong people leadership, mentoring less experienced product managers to foster their growth and development within the company.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own product outcomes across multiple lines of business, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Collect user insights through interviews and testing, transforming data into actionable product strategies.
  • Develop, monitor, and refine post-launch feature performance metrics based on insights.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced product managers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Improve processes across teams to enhance collaboration and productivity and promote a learning culture fostering innovation.
  • Lead strategic product conversations, guiding long-term direction and defining success metrics to align with company vision.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • You have proven expertise in product management in multiple lines of business with a focus on consumer web products.
  • Experience in identifying and addressing gaps in systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and effectively navigating uncertain situations.
  • You have experience setting a team's long-term strategic direction, aligning with the company's vision, and leading strategic product conversations.
  • You possess a strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests, measuring feature performance, and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Expertise in improving processes across teams and stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
  • Proven ability to organize and lead workshops and sprints, driving team progress and uncovering new opportunities through strong research skills.

The Base Salary range for this position is $210,000 - $240,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
