Senior Product Marketing Manager, Ads Measurement San Francisco, CA, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA Responsibilities Design and own the cohesive product marketing strategy for how Google proves media effectiveness, weaving analytics, experimentation, and budget planning into a single, compelling story. Partner with research firms to deeply understand how C‑suite leaders make financial decisions. Build scalable marketing programs, messaging frameworks, and sales toolkits that empower teams worldwide to engage brands and agencies in their local markets. Manage, mentor, and develop a talented team of product marketers while fostering a culture of excellence and bold thinking. Craft visionary messaging that simplifies complex measurement concepts into boardroom‑ready financial narratives, building deep trust with CMOs and CFOs. Lead the product's journey from positioning and naming to competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and external communications. Collaborate with Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering, and other cross‑functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 9 years of experience in product marketing, strategy consulting, or B2B marketing. Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects. Experience in the digital advertising, technology, or enterprise software industry. Preferred qualifications Experience partnering with management consultancies to conduct market research and translate findings into product strategy. Demonstrated experience leading marketing strategies for budget planning software, financial optimization tools, or enterprise analytics platforms. Deep understanding of modern marketing measurement, including analytics, experimentation, attribution, and marketing mix modeling. Proven ability to synthesize highly complex, technical information into clear, compelling stories for executive audiences. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of setting long‑term goals, navigating ambiguity, and influencing executive stakeholders.
