We foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, continuous improvement, and excellence, empowering people through both products and meaningful professional growth.Position PurposeLead the design, development, and execution of product packaging solutions for the Immunotec portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and international market adaptations.Key Responsibilities- Design and development of packaging concepts for new products and line extensions.- Coordinate with packaging suppliers for the creation of dummies, prototypes, and material tests.- Manage regulatory adjustments and requests, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.- Adapt packaging for different countries or regions (language, claims, regulations, codes, formats).- Coordinate product photography sessions with external vendors or internal teams.- Work closely with Product and NPD teams from concept through implementation.- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals with product, Marketing and Branding.- Ensure brand consistency across all packaging while maintaining visual and technical standards.- Research and evaluate new materials, finishes, and packaging trends.- Manage final artwork files and technical specifications for production.Required ProfileExperience- 4+ years of experience in product packaging design.- Experience working with packaging suppliers and production processes.- Experience with consumer brands, preferably in supplements, food, pharma, or wellness.- Experience collaborating with Regulatory, Product, and NPD teams.- Senior-level profile with strong autonomy and sound technical and creative judgment.Technical Knowledge- Specialized knowledge in packaging design (not general graphic design only).- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, finishes, and technical specifications.- Experience adapting packaging for multiple countries.- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.- Knowledge on AI tools and mock-up creation.- Understanding of product photography and art direction.Skills- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Clear and effective communication with internal and external teams.- High attention to detail and quality.- Strong problem-solving skills, especially related to technical and regulatory challenges.- Collaborative mindset and results-oriented approach.Additional Requirements- Availability to collaborate with teams across different countries.- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.- Residency in Mexico.We kindly ask you to share your portfolio with us.
