Our client is seeking an Electronics Production Technician to join their team!

Job Description:

The candidate will perform on-site production, testing, and repair of electronic toll collection equipment in the SF Bay area.
This job may include any aspect of production support including Production build-up, wiring, installation, template building, template cutting, upgrades, documentation and electronic repair.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining an organized work environment.
This includes the warehouse and all areas assigned to production.
  • Able to deliver creative solutions for producing large quantities of various enclosures.
  • Working with other warehouse leads to deliver completed enclosures.
  • The occasional project passed to production by other project managers.
  • Inventory of project materials pertaining to production.
  • Providing feedback on Electrical Diagram drawings, and any project related modifications.
  • Guiding a small team to assist in completion of the production phase.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Good work ethic: character, professionalism, desire to learn.
  • Problem solver: able to deliver creative/out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Efficiency: continue to improve on production functions and operations
  • Team player: works well with others and gets help from others when necessary.
  • Self-sufficient: the candidate must be able receive instructions and take the initiative to independently complete tasks.
  • Must have electronic / electrical background.
    Low voltage certification a plus
  • Prior electronic bench repair experience preferred.
  • Must be mechanically inclined to work with power tools and hand tools.
  • Must have excellent administrative skills and communicate effectively.
  • Driving record must be free of DUI/DWI for three-year period prior to employment.
  • Must maintain CA Drivers license in good standing as verified by our client.
  • A minimum 5-10 years of relevant working experience in electronics production and/or manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 1 or more years soldering.
  • Must have good writing skills and communication effectively.
  • Must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Forklift Certified operator.
