JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mayvin is seeking a Senior Program Consultant who will assist the Tactical Operations Division (TOD)-Personnel Security Branch (PSB) of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) with the assessment of processes and procedures supporting the Federal Personnel Vetting Performance Management Standards.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal reviews to detect case-level and systemic problems within the personnel vetting program.
  • Review policy and recommend operational decision-making using performance data, trend analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Provide support on strategies, initiatives, and oversight to improve personnel security processes and performance, including the review, evaluation, and oversight of personnel vetting information technology systems, research, and innovation initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • A minimum of Ten (10) years of demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end personnel vetting expertise
  • Possess the judgment necessary to perform the assigned functions accurately and impartially and provide sufficient recommendations to the PSB Chief to correct deficiencies
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Government Agency experience
