Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Strategic Programs: End-to-end ownership from conception to implementation, driving measurable business impactLead Complex Cross-Functional Initiatives: Develop and execute program vision, success metrics, and scalable solutionsCoordinate w/Stakeholders: Work with internal teams (incl. HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and Management) and external partners/providers to drive program alignment and successData-Driven Decisions: Leverage metrics, KPIs, business intelligence to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelineCommunications: Ability to develop varying levels of communications (executive/company/group/team)Stakeholder management: Serve as the point of contact with the business and internal/final clients regarding overall program level initiativesRequirementsBachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally in tech, operations, automotive, logistics environmentsSenior level experience in project/program managementExperience owning program strategy, facilitation, and end-to-end deliveryExperience building roadmaps, timelines, and communication w/stakeholdersExperience using data and metrics to drive measurable outcomesExperience working cross-functionally across internal and external teamsProject management certification (PMP, etc.) and knowledge of agile methodologies will be valuedPersonal SkillsExcellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills with stakeholdersProactive, results-oriented with strong cross-functional leadership abilitiesHigh autonomy and organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholdersWillingness to work in the field and travel within the US as requiredSpanish language skills are a plusIf you’re looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we encourage you to apply and be part of a team driving the future of transportation.
