This is a high-ownership position ideal for someone with a startup mindset—ready to roll up their sleeves, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and passionate about developing strategy and launching programs. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Strategic Programs: End-to-end ownership from conception to implementation, driving measurable business impactLead Complex Cross-Functional Initiatives: Develop and execute program vision, success metrics, and scalable solutionsCoordinate w/Stakeholders: Work with internal teams (incl.
