How will you make an impact? Jabil is seeking a Program Manager focused on our Server line of business. This role is a senior individual contributor position within the Intelligent Infrastructure Division, directly supporting transformative growth through early-stage opportunity leadership and cross‑functional program ownership. As an Early Engagement Program Manager, you will independently lead complex, high‑visibility early engagement programs, owning outcomes from opportunity qualification and RFP execution through business award and transition to execution teams. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, providing senior‑level program leadership, driving decisions, and ensuring alignment across engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, and operations. This position will be on‑site at our Austin, TX. This role requires strong judgment, executive communication skills, and the ability to anticipate risk, manage tradeoffs, and influence outcomes without direct authority, ensuring programs are positioned for successful execution and long‑term customer and business value. What will you do? Own early engagement programs end-to-end, serving as the primary point of accountability for scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional alignment from opportunity intake through business award Provide regular, executive‑ready program updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly articulating risks, blockers, tradeoffs, and recommended actions Lead complex, multi‑workstream programs, reconciling technical, commercial, and operational inputs to enable timely and informed decision‑making Act as a senior liaison across cross‑functional teams, partnering closely with engineering, sales, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing to assess feasibility and resolve ambiguity Drive decision forums and escalations, ensuring issues are surfaced early with clear options, impacts, and recommendations Establish and maintain program governance, including milestones, executive reviews, documentation, and readiness criteria for gate transitions Support RFP strategy and execution, coordinating inputs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure commitments are aligned, achievable, and clearly communicated Identify and communicate opportunities to simplify, standardize, or better align work across teams, improving early engagement effectiveness and scalability Mentor and guide less‑experienced program managers, providing leadership through influence, best practices, and example How will you get here? Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required Experience 10-14+ years of progressive program or project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional programs with significant technical and business scope Strong understanding of program management disciplines, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and critical path management Experience presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership Working knowledge of server hardware platforms and server lifecycle development Experience supporting RFPs through business award, including cross‑functional coordination and executive readiness Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Operates with high autonomy and accountability in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments Strong analytical and systems thinking skills; able to connect technical, commercial, and operational considerations Proven ability to influence without authority across global, cross‑functional organizations Clear, concise communicator capable of tailoring messages for technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders Proactive risk manager who anticipates issues early and drives resolution before downstream impact Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering results Familiar with stage‑gate / PLCM governance and executive review processes Collaborative, self‑motivated, and continuous‑improvement oriented Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience operating as a lead or senior program manager on multiple concurrent programs Jabil, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
