*Local Remote Job Responsibilities Contributes to the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of medium-scale quality programs, ensuring alignment with the company's quality management framework and business objectives, and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and supports the entrepreneurial environment and follows up on initiatives. Implements comprehensive program plans, integrating risk management strategies and contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure timely delivery of program goals, working under limited supervision. Analyzes program performance metrics and KPIs rigorously, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance program effectiveness over time. Facilitates proactive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle. Innovates within the program framework by leveraging emerging technologies, industry best practices, and quality improvement methodologies to drive innovation and achieve superior program outcomes. Mentors program team members, providing guidance on quality management principles, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting professional growth and development. Ensures compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and assessments to uphold the company's commitment to quality and patient safety. Presents comprehensive program updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, demonstrating program achievements and outlining future plans. Handles program finances and budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost control, and financial transparency throughout the program lifecycle. Requirements Minimum required Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master's in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent. Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
