Senior Program ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our PMO team within Information Technology Services (ITS) in Kansas City, Ann Arbor, MI or Philadelphia, PA. This is an amazing opportunity to work on enterprise ERP transformation programs focused on multi-year system consolidation and strategic roadmap delivery in partnership with Finance Technology.The team consists of senior and lead program managers and reports to the Senior Manager, Program Management. Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget tracking Lead ERP and enterprise application programs, ensuring alignment to business value and strategic roadmap delivery Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track Manage resource allocation across internal teams and third-party vendors, resolving conflicts as needed Partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and corporate functions to align on priorities and business outcomes Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the PMOAbout the TeamOur ITS PMO team focuses on portfolio, program, and project management across enterprise technology initiatives. The team is made up of senior and lead program managers delivering complex, multi-year programs across Clarivate. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Infrastructure, Information Security, Applications, Finance, Sales, and Product teams, as well as external consultants and vendors.The programs supported by this team are large, complex, and highly visible, often spanning multiple systems and business functions.
