We're looking for a talented Senior Project Architect / Designer to join our Los Angeles team and help lead exciting projects from concept through construction. Why Join Valerio? What You'll Do: Lead architectural projects from Design Development through Construction Administration. Prepare, review, and coordinate Construction Documents. Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, contractors, and public agencies. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and technical standards. Review drawings for quality control and technical accuracy. Support and mentor junior architects and designers. Present design concepts and technical solutions to clients and project teams. Collaborate with teams across multiple Valerio office locations. Participate in site visits and occasional travel as required. What We're Looking For: 8–13 years of professional architectural experience. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program required. Master's degree preferred. Architectural license (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred. Strong experience producing and coordinating Construction Documents. Experience managing consultant coordination and project documentation. Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction standards. Experience with commercial interiors, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or workplace projects preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other industry-standard design software. Available to work full-time in our Los Angeles office (Monday–Friday).
