Senior Project Architect & Construction Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Architect & Construction Manager position include: Minimum 12 years of professional architectural experience, including extensive involvement in mid‑ and high‑rise residential, mixed‑use, hospitality, and other large‑scale projects; at least 10 years of construction administration and field experience. Lead construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, payment requisitions, and change order management. Maintain design intent and architectural quality throughout construction; resolve complex field conditions and detailing challenges. Serve as the primary liaison and architectural representative during construction; coordinate directly with the general contractor, owner, and consultants. Conduct site visits and field observations as required; attend meetings and provide escalation for technical issues. Oversee project execution rather than producing drawings; coordinate with internal production teams and support QA/QC reviews. Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and Florida Fire Prevention Code. Work in construction management software, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit preferred. Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
