Step into a high-impact construction‑phase leadership role supporting complex mid‑ and high‑rise projects across Florida from a long‑established, design‑focused firm. This Senior Project Architect & Construction Manager opportunity is based in Naples, offering the chance to protect design intent while coordinating directly with owners, consultants, and contractors. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Architect & Construction Manager position include: Minimum 12 years of professional architectural experience, including extensive involvement in mid‑ and high‑rise residential, mixed‑use, hospitality, and other large‑scale projects; at least 10 years of construction administration and field experience. Lead construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, payment requisitions, and change order management. Maintain design intent and architectural quality throughout construction; resolve complex field conditions and detailing challenges. Serve as the primary liaison and architectural representative during construction; coordinate directly with the general contractor, owner, and consultants. Conduct site visits and field observations as required; attend meetings and provide escalation for technical issues. Oversee project execution rather than producing drawings; coordinate with internal production teams and support QA/QC reviews. Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and Florida Fire Prevention Code. Work in construction management software, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit preferred. Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: Medical insurance with Aetna (company pays 50%), dental (company pays 100%), vision (company pays 100%), supplemental insurance availability, two weeks PTO (negotiable), paid holidays including the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day, and a 401(k) after one year with company match (first 3% dollar‑for‑dollar; 4th and 5th percent at 50% match; maximum company contribution 4%).
