Overview Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Project Leader (Project Manager). What You Will Be Doing This Senior Project Leader role resides within the Centralized Project Management Office (FPMO) and focuses on managing high-priority, complex initiatives in the Investment Advisory Platform (IAP) portfolio. You will be responsible for guiding projects through their early stages, from defining scope and gathering business requirements to managing vendor RFP processes and selection. This position requires a business-focused leader who can effectively translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for digital and technical implementation teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop detailed project plans, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and meet budgetary objectives based on financial analysis. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager. Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Financial Services industry. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects or large-scale program workstreams. Proficiency in Jira and SAFe Agile frameworks, including participation in PI Planning. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to "talk business" and translate needs to digital teams. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking. Desired Skills & Experience Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certifications. Previous experience working within a formal PMO structure. Familiarity with investment advisory products (Guided Funds, Custom Managed Accounts, Donor Advised Funds). Series 7 certification is a plus to help understand specific business nuances. Degree in Business Management or a related discipline. Pay $70.35/hr.– $100.50/hr.
