This individual works closely with the homeowner, insurance carriers, subcontractors, and Paul Davis team members to ensure work is done at the highest level. The RPM is also responsible for contributing to establishing systems, resources, and procedures that reduce overall job cycle time, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
