JOB INSIGHT:

  • The Senior Project Manager oversees the full scope of construction management and financial cost control.
  • You will review project documents, address design issues, assist in bid preparation, and plan logistics, safety, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate daily with the team, manage staff and budgets, ensure quality control, maintain schedules, handle client communication, and manage contracts and payments.
  • Complete punch lists, close out contracts, finalize budgets, and document lessons learned.

Must have:
