We’re actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Austin, TX. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with 10+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects across sectors like education, healthcare, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, a deep understanding of field operations, and proficiency in OSP, QuickBid, Procore, and Autodesk platforms. You'll play a key role in driving project execution from preconstruction through completion—delivering results that meet client expectations while upholding quality, safety, and budget targets.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee site operations, subcontractor coordination, material delivery schedules, and budget trackingServe as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teamsConduct project kick-off meetings, weekly progress check-ins, and stakeholder updatesEnsure execution aligns with project plans, specs, and contract documentsPrepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project forecastsLeverage Procore and Autodesk to manage workflows, documentation, and schedulesSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within the commercial construction industryProficiency in OSP and QuickBid softwareExperienced in managing projects in the Education, Healthcare and manufacturing facilitiesStrong technical understanding of building systems, codes, and commercial construction sequencingProven ability to manage teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectationsFamiliar with construction management platforms such as Procore and Autodesk Construction CloudIf interested, apply directly or send your up-to-date resume to Yousuf.khan@Lumicity.io
