Job Description Location: Chicago, IL, US Experience: Senior Level Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multifamily construction projects. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to take charge of significant projects and make a meaningful impact on communities. Responsibilities Oversee entire lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, from conception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists. Manage budget, timeline, and resources to meet deadlines and budget. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and make adjustments. Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve issues or delays that could affect the timeline. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports. Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable agreements. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of construction experience, including 2 years as a Project Manager overseeing ground‑up multifamily projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, safety regulations, and building codes. Proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in project management software. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
