Job Title: Senior Project Manager Integrated Eligibility Systems (Child Support)
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in Integrated Eligibility Systems within the Child Support domain in a Health & Human Services (HHS) environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, federally funded projects, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and driving successful Agile project delivery through testing, deployment, pilot, and implementation phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Integrated Eligibility System initiatives.
- Manage projects within the Child Support domain in a Health & Human Services environment.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee project budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage Agile project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate project activities across testing, deployment, pilot, and implementation phases.
- Ensure compliance with federal project standards and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Online/Server.
- Manage Functional Testing (FT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to executive stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 14+ years of overall professional experience.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing project teams.
- Experience managing at least one Integrated Eligibility System project within the Child Support domain.
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
- 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering federally funded projects.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, governance, and stakeholder management.
Experience with:
- Functional Testing (FT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Testing planning and execution
- Deployment planning
- Pilot implementation
- Production implementation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Online/Server.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) Certification.
- Experience working in State Government or Health & Human Services programs.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Eligibility Systems and Child Support program operations.
