Experience and Skills: IT Project Management experience in pharmaceutical industry specifically in manufacturing, supply chain and quality systems. Experience of working in Big pharma and in IT preferred. GxP Computer Systems validation High level of proficiency is Microsoft power point presentations, Sharepoint, MS Teams. Expert and hands-on with use of Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills. Ability to lead and facilitate cross functional meetings. Ability to present and provide updates to leadership stakeholders Past experience in project management role for IT integration post M&A projects (PREFERED), knowledge of GMP requirements for IT Systems, Clinical manufacturing, external supply chain and CMO/CDMO IT environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Team player and ability to collaborate with a cross functional team. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical development IT systems, GXP Compliance, Quality management systems in GxP environment. Knowledge of CSV in GMP/GCP domains. Proactive in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, working as a business analyst when needed. PMP Certified, Agile Scrum Master (Preferred).
