- Job title: Senior Project Manager
- Location: Los Angeles, CA (Local candidates only)
- Responsibilities include client project management, resource management, and process development, codification, and refinement.
- Involves setting up new client projects, developing project plans, auditing and troubleshooting project plans, managing client activations, and identifying opportunities to increase project profitability.
- Tasks will also include assigning and managing effort for new clients and projects, monitoring project spend, ensuring proper time tracking, developing and executing contracts and scopes for vendors and partners, and managing a detailed partner and vendor CRM.
- Role also entails collaborating with the Delivery team to identify and implement efficient delivery processes and templates, managing agency-wide knowledge systems, and identifying and implementing systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- The candidate will report to the EVP, Client & Talent Operations.
- Qualifications include at least 7 years of experience in managing complex projects, experience in campaign agency environments, and familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools.
- Candidate should also have significant experience overseeing all phases of project management, resource management, experience in developing and codifying processes, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.
- Benefits include competitive compensation, performance-based and new business bonuses, employer contributions to 401K, unlimited time off policy, twelve Federal holidays, Summer Fridays, two weeks of paid time off between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day, and paid parental and maternity leave benefits.
