An exciting opportunity has opened in a New York City studio for a talented and ambitious Senior Project Manager. This is a pivotal role that serves as the central point of communication between clients and the creative team, requiring a blend of skills across client relations, team leadership, and operations. The position involves managing multiple lines of communication while balancing client expectations with the day-to-day realities of production. While an interest in architecture or design is not required, it would be beneficial. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that can be high-pressure at times, so resilience, adaptability, and a mature approach are key to success. The role offers a high level of autonomy and calls for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to respond quickly while effectively prioritizing tasks. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages Gather and interpret client briefs, translating requirements to internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery Manage projects end-to-end, including scheduling, timelines, and resource coordination Proactively anticipate challenges and communicate updates or solutions to clients in a timely manner Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future collaboration Oversee project execution across internal departments to ensure a seamless workflow Collaborate closely with production teams to track progress and communicate updates externally Support team scheduling and resource planning in partnership with production leadership Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards while staying on budget Skills and Experience Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and align various stakeholders Confident handling challenging conversations and navigating conflict when neededHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative Experience adjusting timelines and negotiating deadlines as needed Team-oriented mindset with proven leadership or coordination experience Background in animation or film production is advantageous but not required An interest in architecture or design is a plus, though not essential This is a dynamic, autonomous role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated to deliver exceptional client outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
