Senior Project Manager Apply
We are working with a leading general contractor specializing in high-end residential and commercial developments in their search for a Senior Project Manager. This is a key leadership role with direct oversight of project execution, subcontractor management, cost control, and client communication.The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires deep experience in ground-up multifamily construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Pre-Construction:Collaborate with pre-construction team on budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviewsLead design coordination with architects, engineers, and consultantsAssist with permitting and approvalsConstruction Phase:Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as MS Project or PrimaveraManage day-to-day site activities in collaboration with the SuperintendentOversee subcontractor performance, contract compliance, and coordinationEnsure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standardsConduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reportsFinancial & Administrative:Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingReview and approve subcontractor invoices and change ordersMaintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and daily reportsReport project status to executives and clients regularlyTeam & Client Relations:Lead internal project teams and mentor junior staffServe as the primary point of contact for the owner/developerFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellenceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field5-10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily constructionProven experience with luxury multifamily or high-end residential constructionStrong knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction practicesProficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsPreferred:Experience with wood-frame and podium constructionLEED accreditation or sustainability knowledgeOSHA 30 certificationBenefits:Competitive salary and performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchVehicle allowance and phone stipendProfessional development opportunities
