Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Process Improvement) 10+ years EXP
Location: Washington, D.C. Onsite
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• PMP Certification or DHS Mid-Level Program Manager certification (or equivalent) required
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated experience directing multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously
• Proven initiative management expertise, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong background in process improvement and business transformation initiatives
• Experience providing executive coaching and advisory support to senior leadership
• Ability to review work products for quality assurance and regulatory/compliance alignment
• Experience working in federal or large government environments preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to serve as designated Key Personnel for the life of the contract
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal fitness determination
