Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Telecommunication Projects
Location: Hybrid (Rosemead, CA)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $70-75/hr on w2

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure and telecommunication projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure and telecommunication projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in infrastructure and telecommunication projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and methodologies.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
