Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple flooring and carpet projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and maintain a strong relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule resources effectively, ensuring all project tasks are completed on time.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present detailed project plans, including timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance to senior management.
• Mentor and oversee junior project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure professional development.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in project management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar management role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the flooring and carpet industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects successfully.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
