Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Job Details We are looking for a great Property Accountant to join our team! The ideal candidate will come with: 3+ years of Property Accounting experience (ideally commercial real estate) Familiarity with CAM recs + handling accounting for a set # of properties Real estate ERPs -- Yardi, MRI, etc. is preferred Degree in Accounting is preferred Ability to work hybrid in our office (3 days a week) A Bit About Us We are an established real estate company that acquires and manages properties leased to providers in non-urban areas.
