Need a very senior (12+ years) Python Developer with good experience working with Azure and who has some exposure to AI. Candidates will design and build backend services, APIs, and automation tools using Python on Azure (App Service, Storage, Azure SQL, Azure AI Foundry) and lead technical planning, solution design, and code quality practices (reviews, testing, CI/CD with Azure DevOps). Senior Python/Azure/AI Developer/FIS/LG Enterprise

Lead a team delivering AI related software projects while staying 50% hands on with architecture, planning, and Python development. This role combines technical leadership with project and people management. GenAI experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services, APIs, and automation tools using Python on Azure (App Service, Storage, Azure SQL, Azure AI Foundry).
• Lead technical planning, solution design, and code quality practices (reviews, testing, CI/CD with Azure DevOps).
• Manage multiple AI aligned software projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality.
• Mentor developers and guide technical decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and run Agile/Scrum processes.
• Track delivery using Azure Board.

Requirements

• Strong hands on Python engineering background.
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud native development.
• Proven ability to lead developers and deliver complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
