Senior QA Engineer

Job Overview Requirement/Must Have: 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Testing. Expertise in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and End-to-End Testing. Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect management. Hands-on experience in API/Service Testing (REST & SOAP) using Postman and SoapUI. Experience validating frontend and backend applications. Knowledge of automation frameworks and QA best practices. Experience using JIRA or similar defect management tools. Basic SQL and database validation skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. Perform Manual and Automated Testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End testing. Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test documentation. Validate frontend (UI) and backend (API/Service) functionalities across applications. Conduct API and Service Testing using Postman and SoapUI for REST and SOAP services. Verify API requests, responses, authentication, business rules, and data integrity. Identify, document, prioritize, track, and validate defects through resolution. Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting. Contribute to automation framework enhancements and QA best practices. Support UAT, release validation, and production testing activities. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders. Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance. Nice to Have: Healthcare domain experience. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with API testing tools such as RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI. Exposure to Performance Testing and Security Testing concepts.
