Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O QA. 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with expertise in ERP testing. 2+ years as a QA Lead across at least two complex ERP implementations for enterprises with $2B+ in revenue. 5+ years of experience testing dealership, distribution, or industrial/automobile-related business processes. Expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, performance testing, and end-to-end test management. Top-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Hands-on experience with AI-driven or cloud-based QA automation tools. Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test data management.
