Senior Quality Analyst | W2 Contract | Hybrid (Austin, TX)We are hiring a Senior Quality Analyst for a big international tech client! About the Role:As a Senior Quality Analyst on their Data Solutions & Initiatives (DSI) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, stability, and robustness of large-scale data processing pipelines. This is a technical QA role where you will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to streamline QA processes, debug user issues, and automate testing workflows. What You’ll Do:Perform deep data analysis across financial data points and hierarchiesTroubleshoot, debug, and conduct root cause analysis of software and data issuesDevelop test strategies, automation frameworks, and monitoring solutionsWork with ETL pipelines (Airflow, Python, APIs, Pandas) to optimize data processingAutomate QA processes and streamline business system monitoringExecute repeatable test scenarios and report on data quality issuesCommunicate findings with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teamsMonitor performance, data loads, and system provisioning What You Bring:Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Analysis, or Software DevelopmentStrong SQL & Python skills (performance tuning, debugging)Experience working with data-heavy applications or platformsProficiency with Snowflake & data visualization tools (Tableau)Hands-on experience with ETL development & monitoring (Apache Airflow, APIs, Pandas)Understanding of CI/CD practices, version control (GIT), and database migration toolsBackground in customer service, debugging, and stakeholder communicationAbility to streamline QA automation & testing workflows Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: Mondays and Fridays Remote)Contract Duration: Long-term contract (W2) with potential extensionPay Rate: $55-60/hr If you’re a QA expert with software development experience and enjoy working on data platforms, we’d love to hear from you!
