APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with Parma Tube Corporation, a well-established manufacturer of custom tube assemblies, to add a Senior Quality Analyst to their team. What your day will look like:
  • Provide support and resources to the Quality team
  • Collect and analyze quality data to support root cause and corrective action activities
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues, including containment, response, and corrective actions
  • Ensure non-conforming products are properly identified, quarantined, and dispositioned
  • Compile performance metrics and report departmental results
  • Provide technical quality support to production and office staff
  • Perform product audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Participate in internal audit systems including process audits, layered audits, and product audits
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as work instructions, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
What we are looking for:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with hands-on Quality responsibilities
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality system requirements
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SPC
    • Pareto Analysis
    • Cpk Studies
    • 8D Root Cause Analysis
  • Understanding of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Gage R&R
  • Ability to read blueprints and strong knowledge of GD&T
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and statistical data
Education:
  • Two-year degree preferred
