This role focuses on qualification activities for either manufacturing equipment or facility & utility systems, depending on your background.What You’ll DoSupport qualification activities across the full lifecycle (concept → retirement).Review and approve qualification documents (URS, SOPs, risk analyses, test plans, test scripts, CAPAs, change controls).Work with engineering and project teams on new or upgraded equipment, facility systems, and utilities.Ensure cGMP compliance is built into all project stages.Manage and follow up on qualification deviations.Communicate qualification status, risks, planning updates, and open actions to the QA Qualification team.What Background You Can HaveWe welcome candidates with experience in either of the following areasOption 1 – Equipment Qualification:Manufacturing equipment used in pharmaceutical/chemical environmentsAutomation or production systemsEquipment-related risk assessments, FAT/SAT, commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQOption 2 – Facility & Utility Qualification:HVAC, purified water, clean steam, building systemsFacility infrastructure or clean utility systemsUtility and environmental qualification processesWhat You Bring4–6 years of relevant industry experience (pharma or chemical).Strong knowledge of cGMP and qualification/validation principles.Ability to explain technical topics clearly at all levels of the organization.Strong decision‑making and prioritisation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.Comfortable working independently and in cross‑functional teams.Fluent in English & Dutch (written and spoken).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high‑impact qualification work in a leading pharmaceutical environment, supporting key systems that keep operations safe, compliant, and reliable.
