You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards by designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with our development teams.Required Experience & SkillsAt least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual testing required).Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Case Design: Create detailed, structured test cases aligned with business requirements and user stories.Execution & Reporting: Execute test cases, document results systematically, and report defects with clear follow-ups.Regression & Sanity Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure stability during new releases.Training & Documentation: Maintain documentation, prepare training guides, and conduct customer training sessions when required.Work ArrangementImmediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum).Until our Kolkata office is fully established, work from home with a stable internet connection in a quiet environment.From January 2026: On-site work from our Kolkata office (with occasional work-from-home flexibility).For the right candidate, compensation is not a constraint.Candidates can email their CVs to .
