Responsibilities Work collaboratively with internal Process Development and Analytical Development teams. Assist with experimental execution in support of molecular assay development and qualification, including ddPCR/qPCR-based methods. Perform routine molecular analytics (e.g., ddPCR) and provide data in a timely manner to support process studies. Support development and execution of lentiviral vector characterization assays for process development and process characterization activities. Author ELNs, methods, reports and SOPs. Requirements BA/BS in biochemistry, molecular biology, biology, microbiology or related discipline. 2–5 years of industry experience in a life sciences laboratory. Proficiency with life science data acquisition and analysis tools (Excel, Prism) and ELNs desired. Previous experience with molecular biology techniques (ddPCR/qPCR) and nucleic acid handling is highly desired. Experience supporting assay development, qualification and/or troubleshooting is a plus. A team player with a track record of successfully operating within cross‑functional teams. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in molecular biology techniques, particularly ddPCR and qPCR, while effectively collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support assay development and data analysis.
